Field trip of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering to the permanent exhibition of armament and military equipment in Nikinci

More than thirty students of the undergraduate studies of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, attending some of the elective courses at the Weapon Systems Department, has recently visited the Permanent Exhibition of Armament and Military Equipment in Nikinci, organized by Jugoimport-SDPR.

The visit began with a comprehensive presentation that included an overview of all activities of Jugoimport-SDPR, as well as the strategy it applies to research and development, followed by a presentation of the newly developed and produced complex combat systems.

During the second party of the visit, the students had a unique opportunity to see practically the entire potential of the domestic defense industry in one place. The young scholars gained an insight into the latest products in the field of conventional and rocket weapon systems, combat vehicles, all types of ammunition, protective gear and other equipment.

Jugoimport-SDPR and the Weapon Systems Department have a long-standing successful cooperation including, among other things, field trips for students which are significantly contributing to their education through the acquisition of practical knowledge.
