Cooperation Agreement signed between “Moma Stanojlovic” Aeronautical Plant, Airbus Helicopters and Yugoimport-SDPR J.P.

An Agreement on further implementation of the Industrial Cooperation Project with the company Airbus, initiated under the Contract for the procurement of H-145M helicopters, was signed in the presence of Minister of Defence Bratislav Gasic and Assistant Minister for Material Resources Dr. Nenad Miloradovic.

The Agreement was signed by the Director of the “Moma Stanojlovic” Aeronautical Plant, the Head of Europe Region Department at Airbus Helicopters and the representative of Yugoimport-SDPR J.P.

The signed document ensures the continued engagement of the “Moma Stanojlovic” Aeronautical Plant as a local manufacturer of helicopter components within global supply chain of Airbus, thereby securing the ongoing transfer of knowledge and the development of high-tech manufacturing capabilities in the Republic of Serbia. 

Through implementation of this project, Serbia continues to strengthen its role in the international aviation industry, while also enhancing its capabilities of a long-term maintenance and development of its helicopter fleet.
