“SITDEF 2015” Exhibition, Peru

At the International Exhibition of armament and defence equipment “SITDEF 2015”, the representatives of the Peruvian Army and the Ministry of Defence and the representatives of the Latin American countries were given the opportunity to see a comprehensive offer of the products of Jugoimport-SDPR, as an integrator of defence industry of the Republic of Serbia and the manufacturer of complex combat systems.

The focus was placed on “Lazar 2” 8x8 multi-purpose combat vehicle and other combat vehicles, the upgrade of howitzers 105mm, 122mm, 130mm, rocket artillery – especially “GRAD-2000” rocket, 155mm howitzer “NORA”, mortars, “LASTA” aircraft, and other.

Jugoimport-SDPR’s presentation was very noticeable and significant contacts were established with the representatives of the Peruvian Army and the Ministry of Defence, the representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Bolivian Army and the representatives of defence industry of Argentina.

We believe that participation in “SITDEF 2015” was valuable primarily from the aspect of meeting the highest representatives of the Peruvian Army and the Ministry of Defence for the purpose of establishing a close defence and economic cooperation regarding future projects.
